Ellen Phan is an artist working primarily in the field of computer music. Therapy-specific methodologies are employed as source material, modulated autonomously by para-sympathetic activity through a variety of processing and synthesis, with an aim to gather insight into cognitive and emotional states on a subconscious level. Hers is a distinctly hallucinatory psychoacoustic sound world aimed directly, with intent and focus, at the subconscious mind. She is based in Los Angeles.

Ruby Louise Rose’s performance will probably involve setting some processes in motion and poking them every now and then. Visually, it might look like she is checking her email.

A forerunner of the generation of Finnish electronica artists that emerged in the 1990s, Petri Kuljuntausta manoeuvres smoothly around the relatively peripheral sphere that makes up Finland’s experimental electronic music scene, always maintaining a broad international outlook be that as an artist, or as a keen observer.

Bloom & Gloom on Äänen lumon järjestämä tapahtuma joka tuo kuultavaksi mielenkiintoisia äänen parissa toimivia tekijöitä läheltä ja kaukaa.
Tällä kertaa esiintymässä on Los Angelesilainen tietokonemusiikin taituri, myös hypnotisoijana työskenellyt Ellen Phan, joka saapuu ensimmäiselle Suomen keikalleen.
Esiintymässä myös suomalaisen äänitaiteen uranuurtaja Petri Kuljuntausta, Turussa tällä hetkellä asuva Ruby Louise Rose jonka tiukat mikroskooppisen tarkat generatiiviset biitti-ilottelut eivät jätä ketään kylmäksi, sekä Antoine Verhaverbeken ja Sulo Kolehmaisen muodostama duo, joka tutkii yksitoikkoisuuden stimuloivia ominaisuuksia.
