Äänen Lumo presents an evening of improvised music as a part of Ääneen-festival, which will take place as a series of events inaugurating the new space.

Performing in the first event an electroacoustic chamber music trio consisting of Gaudenz Badrutt (electronics), Ilia Belorukov (alto saxophone) and Jonas Kocher (accordion). The groups music is characterized by huge dynamic contrasts and a strong feeling for long improvisational developments.
The trio has performed since 2014 in Russia, France, Switzerland and Serbia.
As another act, another trio formed by Andrea Mancianti (electric guitar), Miguel Fonseca (electric violin, objects) and Sulo Kolehmainen (electronics, clarinet). This is their first performance together.
